Private Sector-Agro Business Specialist, Senior expert
With at least 10 years of experience in private sector development; the expert should have recent experience with the development of business incubator scheme particularly in the agriculture sector. Specific knowledge of performance/result related contract scheme related is a must as well as recent experience in defining/assessing business case and rate of economic return for development aid project The senior expert should also have a sound experience in the agriculture sector related to market integration, investment and value chain development.

Additional Requirements:
·         The expert must have degree or master degree relevant to the expertise.
·         The expert must be perfectly fluent in English.
·         At least one of the three team members must have English as their mother tongue and must ensure the complete editing of the report to international standard.
·         At least one of the team members must have a recent and specific experience and knowledge of the most relevant stakeholders in the sector in Kenya, such as: Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Fisheries, County governments, Lead private sector organisations (including in the agricultural finance sector), and other relevant stakeholders in Kenya.
