Senior technicians with an experience of 12~15 years in MAN & DAF trucks (preferably Euro3. Euro4 and Euro5) and their roles and responsibilities are mentioned below. Later on we may need more technicians of this category which solely depends on the growth of MAN & DAF fleet and productivity of these technicians.
Diagnosing the MAN and DAF truck through diagnostic machine
Knowledge of fault codes and Repairing those diagnosed trucks based on codes
Opening and closing Job cards in a systematic way
Following MAN and DAF standards while repairing ie knowledge of repairing trucks based on service & repair manuals
Leading a team of Technicians and guiding them in repairing process
Ensuring the team is working in an efficient manner

Finish the tasks in time keeping in mind standard man-hours for each task
Testing the trucks upon repair and handing over to Logistics
Advising stores to raise a purchase request every now and then to keep proper in
