 The role of the payables accountant will include performing accounting and clerical tasks related to accounts payable transactionsPreparing supplier statements for consignment and marketplace suppliersPreparing payments to suppliersInputting the correct reporting in the accounting systemsort, code and match invoices set up invoices for paymententer and upload invoices into systempost transactions to journals, ledgers and other recordsreconcile accounts payable transactionsmaintain vendor filesassist with month end closingCPA / ACCA qualifications1 - 2 years’ experience in processing paymentsVery Good excel skillsKnowledge of SAGE  and other accounting softwareExcellent communication skillsHighly analytical individual with attention to detailAvailable immediately
