East African Gasoil Limited is an Oil Marketing Company operating in the greater lakes region.We are looking for a qualified, competent candidate to fill in the Position of Human Resource Manager (HRM) in the organisation.
Summary on the Role of the Human Resource Manager
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director, and will generally undertake:
1. HR policy formulation, implementation and enforcement
2. Labour and industrial relations knowledge and practice
Primary Responsibilities
Formulation & Coordination of Human Resources Functions, Policies and ProceduresEnsure Human Resources Management Systems- AppraisalsOversee and Guide on staff compensation and BenefitsEffective recruitment and retention of Human ResourcesAdvise on Labour requirements and ensure implementationImplement Effective Staff Performance SystemsAdvise management on labour and employee relationsEnsure staff safety and environmental health requirementsEnhancement of staff performance through training and developmentGuide on employees career developmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesEnsure security of company assets through risk assessmentAdministrate employees’ medical coverAdministrate employees’ Provident SchemeKnowledge and Skill Requirements
