Job Description:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project reports.

2. Nurturing new talent in the company, and coaching young professionals to reach their full potential professionally.

3. Creating a positive project work atmosphere characterized by growth, learning, personal responsibility, integrity, and positive attitudes among members of the team.

4. Support the development of written project material such as case studies, or any other KRM products.

5. Work with the client assignment team to ensure correct collection of M&E data, and appropriate packaging and communication of the data.

6. Maintain an organized, systematic approach to meeting the job requirements so that if the responsibilities are turned over to a successor, continuity and quality can be maintained.
