Retail Branch Manager

Major 1 year deliverable: Increase sales and build an effective team that ensures consistent service delivery at the branch.

A minimum of 5-6 years sales experience with 2 years in a managerial position.

Field Sales Manager

1 Position Nairobi, 1 Position Mombasa

Major 1 year deliverable: Increase field sales targets by building an aggressive and motivated field sales team.

A minimum of 5-6 years sales experience with 2 years in a managerial position.

Retail Sales Executive2 Positions Nairobi, 2 Positions Mombasa, 2 Positions Up-Country

Major 1 year deliverable: Increase sales and work as a team to ensure consistent service delivery at the allocated branch.

A minimum of 3-4 years retail sales experience with 2 years in a supervisory position.

Field Sales Executive

3 Positions Nairobi, 3 Positions Mombasa, 3 Positions Up-Country

Major 1 year deliverable: Increase field sales by working in an aggressive and motivated field sales team.

A minimum of 3-4 years sales experience.
Tyre, automotive and Retread industry candidates will be preferred.
Must be target-driven with a proven exceptional energy and drive to sell, negotiate and work with little or no supervision.

Credit Control HeadNairobi

Major 1 year deliverable: Fully implement an end to end credit control policy manual that enhances the sales function and places Kingsway with an AAA rating in the market.

Relevant qualification with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in credit control, finance and/or accounting.
Strong on systems, internal controls, customer awareness and sound knowledge of risk management & debt recovery.
Must be diligent with proven analytical abilities.

HR and Administration Assistant

Mombasa

Major 1 year deliverable: Ensure accurate collection of employee details and safe storage of the same. Handle day to day employee welfare related issues professionally.

Relevant qualification with 2-3 years’ experience in an HR function environment.
Sound people management skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Sound knowledge of labour laws and must have experience in managing unionized workers.

Project Manager / Contractor Supervisor

Major 1 year deliverable: To oversee and coordinate the upgrade of 6 existing branches and the construction of at least 3 new branches.
Strong planning, operations and negotiation skills, preferably from civil engineering or a similar discipline.
Proven experience in managing construction projects is a must, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Must have knowledge of market contract rates.
Ability to deliver quality work on time.

Transport / Logistics Executive

Nairobi

Major 1 year deliverable: Ensure proper fleet management, maintenance, repairs and usage.

Proven experience in motor vehicle pool management, tracking and repairs.
Relevant qualification with 3-4 years’ experience preferably in transport logistics, mechanics or related field.
