The ideal candidate will be in charge of ensuring the overall human resources duties.Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruiting, selecting and interviewing of personnelInterpreting and applying HR policies, rules and regulations as well as standards and techniques to HR clients and continuous reviewPlanning annual Human Resource activities for the OrganizationOrganizing for induction process for new recruitsAssessing Coordinating and implementing staff training needs as per the company policiesImplementing HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards, and goal attainmentEnhancing staff record management and analysis of workforce.Preparing employment contracts for staff Conducting training of the performance management process to new staff and refresher to existing staffCommunicating various staff policy issues to staff and updating HR manualCoordinating quarterly and annual performance appraisalsQualifications and Competences Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Human Resources Management.Must have 15-20 years experience in the similar role. Must have worked in a manufacturing or FMCG firm that deals with a large number of workforces.Have good communication and report writing skills.Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups.
