Job AccountabilitiesTrouble Shooting and repairs of Krones / KOSME, - Blow Molder, Filler and Labeler;Trouble Shooting and repairs of utility equipment like Air compressor and Chillers;Sound Knowledge of LV electrical system, electronic components, PLC handling, ASI bus system and sensors trouble shooting;Execution of daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi and annual Preventive Maintenance;Monitoring production line to improve line efficiency;Handling of multi scale tasks like electrical, electronics, Mechanical, operations repairs;Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures;Responsible for audit compliance & audit work QEOHS, IMS- ISO 9001 , 14001, 18001;Ensure complete compliance to prescribed GMP within the plant;Electrical, electronic experience in Mineral water bottling plant, Soft drink, Juice plant, with Krones KOSME or Sidel machines;PET experience will added advantage;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Good organization and planning skills;Good problem analysis and problem solving approach;3 year Electrical Engineering Diploma from a recognized institution;Minimum 4 years electrical and or electronic experience in a busy bottling plant;Knowledge and application of M.s. Mechanical and electrical experience with Cummins generators a must have;Preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and repairs of Cummins generators;Experience in maintenance of Perkins generators and other utility equipment’s will be an added advantage.0Execution of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six month, yearly preventive maintenance;Line monitoring during production to improve line efficiency within the bottling plant;Direct and train workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures;Handling of multi scale tasks like mechanical, plumbing, welding, pumps installationResponsible to audit compliance and audit work QEOHS, IMS-ISO 9001, 14001, 18001Ensure complete compliance to prescribed GMP within the plantCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent;Computer Savvy with excellent knowledge of computer packages and software’s;At least 4 years mechanical experience with Cummins Generators;Experience in maintenance of Perkins generators and other utility equipment’s will be an added advantage.NB: This are expatriate positions and a competitive compensation package shall be offered to the selected candidates.Medical attention, housing, a return tickets as well as other benefits shall be provided by the company.
