HR Manager Job in Tanzania

HR Manager / Head of Human Resources for a leading IT Distributor in Tanzania (East and Central African presence)

An IT distributor of leading brands including HP, Samsung, Microsoft, etc - based out of Tanzania, but with offices regionally and internationally - is looking for a dynamic HR Manager as part of its Management Team.

Job duties:

Recruiting and staffing Performance management and improvement systemsOrganization developmentEmployment and compliance to regulatory concerns Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment and trainingPolicy development and documentationCompensation and benefits administrationEmployee safety, welfare, wellness and healthEmployee services and counselingA Masters Degree in Human Resource Management10 years of overall HR experience, of which at least 3 should be at a managerial levelHR experience in the IT sectorThis job is based in Tanzania with some travel to neighbouring countries. HR working experience in Tanzania is essential.
