The project is located in Mombasa.Job Description: Reporting to the Project Architect, the job holder will supervise construction works on behalf of the Employer.They will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of quality control are maintained as well as effective coordination between the Contractor and the Consultants.At least five (5) years’ work experience in construction management involving supervision of builders, electrical, mechanical, and external civil works.Experience and knowledge in interpreting Architectural, Structural, Civil and Services drawingsKnowledge on safety and health requirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in large housing projectsAt least a Diploma in Architecture or Building Construction Engineering or Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentBe conversant with Microsoft Office, ArchiCAD and/or AutoCad etcGood command of the English and Kiswahili languagesInterested applicants must provide current CVs, certified copies of educational certificates and transcripts, names and addresses of three referees, current and expected salary and benefits, telephone and e-mail contacts to the address below by 20th August, 2014.The Chairman,
