Business Development / Restaurant Manager. Marketing – Must have the ability to devise promotional campaigns, ability to interact with customers well on social media platforms, conversant with current restaurant trends. Lead sales growth of the restaurant first hand by recruiting corporate customers.Operations Management – Menu engineering and food cost control, Managing and controlling inventory and equipment, staffing, maintaining high standards of hygiene and product quality.Customer Service – Ensure highest level of customer service at all times, handle customer complaints effectively.Personnel Management – Scheduling staff.
