Parts CIC Analyst

Position Basic Purpose and Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring that all Inter Branch Transfers between branches and all Parts Admin. 
Operations are promptly sourced applying the appropriate procedures to improve the lead time for IBTs between branches.
Maintain an efficient and reliable parts administration and distribution network.

Primary Job Roles:

Oversee overall functions of parts administration activities, including IBT, sending andReceiving of parts in the warehouseEnsure the prompt administration of emergency parts orders and stocksRunning the daily Back OrdersReceiving shipmentsReceiving IBTCoordinating between the hose specialist and the warehouse upto invoicing of the hoses to the customerRunning Monthly B/O status reconciliationEnsure proper entry of operational transactions into MANPROWork with all Warehouse administrators to ensure prompt parts distribution exerciseChecking and coordinate the necessary action required for the shipments discrepancies and damaged items on the system / Suppliers.Run customer reports (Including service department)Circulate backorder status report to all concerned parties twice in a week.Filing for all relevant documents (Parts Shipment Discrepancy Notes / IBTS’s / PO)Treatment of order acknowledgement query (Advise to service / Counter on the proper action -according to the supplier acknowledgement) and system update.Analyzing the weekly orders on Suppliers and end of month report.Shipments discrepancies decisions and actionsMetrics to be used to measure performance:Parts Returns; Counter & Service - Value and % of parts issuedAllocated Parts; Counter & Service - Value, Line items and number of daysStock Check Variance - % of line items and value varianceComplete Order Fill -  ‘on Time’Highly numerical and analytical skillsAttention to details is key to success in this position How to Apply
