The Institute of Capacity Building (ICB) is seeking renowned professionals who can effectively design and deliver executive training in any of the following areas:
i) Negotiating, Coaching & Mentoring Skills for Senior Managers
ii) Financial Analysis for Non Financial Managers
iii) Regional Economic Integration & International Trade
iv) Monitoring and Evaluation
Qualificationsa) PhD with a specialization in one of the specified areas or Masters with a concentration in the required areas and facilitation experience of 5 or more years.
b) Proven track record of executive training
c) Availability to train for at least 5 days consecutively
