VP Group is offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Sustainability Coordinator based in Naivasha. The ideal candidate shall be required to develop long-term maintenance of environmental, social and economic demands of the company.
The overall purpose of the position is to provide comprehensive administrative support in the collection, analyses and presentation of data across VP Group.
The main job responsibilities (not limited to) shall be:
Data coordination and input.Following up with respective managers on data completion.Ensuring accuracy of inputted data by checking source documents, and ensuring all units are using best practice / templates.Notification to departmental managers on faulty measuring devices.Preparation of charts, trend lines, KPI’s, scorecards, etc.Comparison over time, and between different business units.Investigation into raw data and processes, to see if any new techniques can be shared between managers and coordinating such discussions in quarterly field-days.Making presentations to visitors / customers.Training data collection staff.Attending sustainability conferences when needed.Aligning data to relevant databases.Assist the Head of Sustainability in project management and support of all Corporate Responsibility projects with the framework.Assist in the writing of relevant sustainability reports and presentationsCoordinating Social/fair-trade projectsAssist in any other data as requestedApplicants with working knowledge in data software are encouraged to apply no later than Wednesday November 13, 2013 to jobs@vegpro-group.com.
