Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role is to support the implementation of the project activities under the CRM Facility, the PAs will be in charge of supporting the activities of the project together with the M & E and Advocacy Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure adequate and timely support is provided for programme implementation, preparation of progress reports, annual work plans and activitiesCompiles data from various sources for the purpose of complying with financial, legal and administrative requirements.Responsible for document management, project monitoring, evaluation and reporting in support with the M & E Officer.Conduct community and stakeholders mobilization during awareness campaigns and capacity building. Supervise the undertakings of project activities; stove assembly distribution, and data collection.Collection of field data as required to facilitate the process of monitoringLiaison with local leaders and community organizations to lobby for project support and adoption of project activities.Strengthen the organizations experience of working with target communities through grassroots community engagements.Where necessary will support by undertaking the designated administrative duties.Assist with the project activities as assigned by the Project ManagerDiploma in Project Management/ Community DevelopmentTwo (2) years experience in community project managementGood computer and Report writing skillsGood communication and mobilization skillsAbility to learn new skills and flexibilityDemonstrated ability to work under pressure.All applicants are thereby requested to submit their cover letters and CV in MS Word (compatibility mode) or PDF formats.
