Posted on 4/04/2014 05:55:00 am by Kenya NGO Jobs Title: Alarm Security Technician Our client, a well established, dynamic company in the Construction and Security Installations service industry is looking to recruit an Alarm Security Technician.Review installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies and tools.Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and all security features in order to ensure proper functioning, and to diagnose malfunctions.Inspect installation sites and study work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine installation procedures.Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.Provide customers with cost estimates for equipment installation and prepare documents, such as invoices or warranties.Must have a technical diploma or a certificate.Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience servicing and installing CCTV, access control, alarms and fire systems required.Candidate with programming skills will have an added advantage.Personal Attributes:Excellent communication skills.Problem-solving.Must have high level of integrity.Monthly gross salary: Ksh.60,000 – 70,000/= depending on experience
