Requirements for
Appointment

For appointment to this
grade a candidate must have:

• Diploma in Food Production or equivalent-from a recognized
  institution; and


• Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized
  institution;

Duties and
Responsibilities

• This will be the entry grade for this cadre. Work at this
  level will be carried out under close supervision and guidance of a senior
  officer.

• Providing input in maintaining standard recipes;


• Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen equipment;


• Carryout food preparation, cooking, placement and delivery of
  foodstuff;


• Providing input in the revision of menus/dietary
  requirements; and


• Planning for food orders.

How To Apply

The applicants MUST:

• Be employees of Kibabii University on Permanent and
  Pensionable Terms for Administrative staff;


• Be employees of Kibabii University either on Permanent &
  Pensionable terms or Contract Terms for Academic Staff;


• Have served in their current grade for a minimum period of
  three (3) years; and


• Apply for only one (1) grade above their current grade.

ONLY Kibabii University
staff on permanent and pensionable terms and contract terms are required to
