A Ranch in Laikipia County that also
has a Hotel is Urgently Looking for an HR
Officer to handle among other duties
the following:
- Prepare Off/Leave Rosters and manage
Sick leaves for staff - Implement and oversee Health and Safety policy
- Draft company policies and procedure document
- Handle all staff issues ranging from
disciplinary, grievances, recruitment, induction etc - Previous experience dealing with Trade unions
a plus - A thorough knowledge of Labour Laws, WIBA,
Industrial Relations etc is desired
The ideal candidate should have
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in HR/Degree
alongside IHRM membership - At least 3 Yrs experience especially in a busy
but remote area(camps / flower farms preferred) - Mature individual 28-40 Yrs preferred
- Able to report immediately.
- Confident,composed and diplomatic
