• Partner operations are key for Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Data Analyst (Partner Operations) who has data-driven objectivity while thinking outside of the box, in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.


• You will be in charge of the operational excellence of our Partners from the moment when they are onboarded on our platform, while making sure we help them grow in a healthy way.


• Contribute to growth opportunities for small and medium enterprises seeking a foothold in the digital economy!

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

• Work with local team to solve some of the toughest problems facing e-commerce today – long delivery times, infrastructure issues, etc.


• Provide analytical support to local teams on challenges with store and restaurant performance and offer creative, high-impact solutions to tackle them


• Lead the implementation of processes to guarantee Partners operational excellence across cities and assess their impact


• Improve customer experience by reducing preparation and delivery time


• Own dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department


• Obsessively track impact of our projects


• Understand local business needs, and put yourself in the skin of the Partners – understand who they are


• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You Have

• Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain


• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause


• Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big


• Excel proficiency


• Knowledge in SQL


• Some experience in Python and JavaScripts is a plus


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)


• Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details


• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
