Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Salary: 100K – 150K
Our client is an International company that produces and supplies cleaning equipment and full cleaning systems.
They seek to recruit a Sales Executive for its business development operation in the Eastern Africa region.
Job Purpose: The role will be to develop and manage key accounts to promote sales and ensure uniform and consistent service levels profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business by leveraging relationships, prospecting, conducting demonstrations, seminars and launching of the brands represented with display events
- Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level
- Recruiting, training and developing new sales and marketing teams
- Driving and managing the entire sales process -targeting to top prospects and identifying client, Solutions, negotiating and closing.
- Develop Standard service systems for meeting customer service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction across the region
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field and service contracts with Key accounts
- Organizing special promotions and campaigns, as well as managing and coordinating individual projects in conjunction with the various subsidiaries
- Ensuring the flow of relevant and up-to-date information across the region by means of effective communication methods
- Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required. May participate in site surveys and site meetings
Job Qualifications
- Degree preferably business or technical/industrial engineering
- At least 5 years experience in sales (in similar field) with an International setup
- Good interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in International sales
- Flexibility in terms of business travel
- Good communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- A valid driving license
