Industry: Construction (Chemicals) 


Our client, a Construction Chemicals Manufacturing Company is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager. 


The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in working with similar products and very knowledgeable in building and construction.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit

  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

  • Competitors’ activity monitoring

  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff

  • Reviews expenses and recommends economies.

  • Maximizes sales margin by recommending product and service pricing policies

Skills & Abilities:


  • MUST have a Degree in Structural Engineering.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals with new accounts.

  • Possess strong time management skills

  • Be commercially aware and have excellent presentation, sales & negotiation skills.

  • Should be confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to succeed.

  • Possess a high degree of flexibility.
