The Position: Reporting to the Head, Reward and Policy, The HR Manager, Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for implementing reward and benefit schemes and programs (salary analysis and recommendation, remuneration surveys, Group ESOP Scheme, Group Bonus Scheme, Pension Schemes, Benevolent and Group Life Schemes), this role provides advanced advisory and analysis support for reward/benefit schemes and programs.

Key Responsibilities




  • A bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a Business Related Field degree from a recognized university.

  • A Diploma/ Higher Diploma /Post Graduate Diploma in HR or a specific area of HR

  • An MBA in HR Management or a Business Related Field from a recognized university will be an added advantage

  • At least 5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits management which will include job evaluation, organization design and structure, project management recognition management, people management and people risk management

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem solving skills.
