Our client has set up an agricultural enterprise in central Uganda is interested in urgent need of experienced Kenyans in the field of horticulture to fill the following vacancies;
Position: Agronomist
Location: Uganda
Salary: Ksh. 200,000 – 250,000
Job Description:
- Should have a degree in agriculture/agricultural economics with a minimum of ten years’ experience, five of which must have been at senior management level in vegetable production at a commercial estate with emphasis on growing French beans.
- He/she will head the production department.
- He must be a Kenyan/ Ugandan.
- He/she will be in charge of our estate sitting on 1240 acres.
- He must have a valid driving permit.
The salary scale is between Kenya shillings 200,000 to 250,000 commensurate with experience.
The benefits shall include Medical allowance for self and family, paid holiday and housing.
The position is in Luwero Uganda.
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Uganda
Salary: Ksh. 150,000- 200,000
Job Description:
- Should have a degree in Agricultural Economics and a post graduate qualification in marketing or a Degree in marketing.
- She/he must have 10 years marketing experience, five of which must have been at a senior level in marketing and branding.
- Marketing experience in export of vegetables and fruits, will be an added advantage.
She/he must have a valid driving permit.
The salary scale is Kenyan shillings 150,000 to 200,000 and benefits include medical, paid holiday and housing.

Job Description:
- Should have a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial estate setting dealing i production of vegetable and fruits.
- She/he will be Kenyan/Ugandan but Kenyan experience is highly desirable.
Salary will range between Kenyan shillings 100,000 to 150,000.
Benefits will include Medical and housing.
