Customer Relations Officer Job in Kenya

Lan-x Africa Ltd, a growing consultancy company wishes to recruit a Customer Relations Officer. This is a strategic position in the business and the person shall among other things: -Manage existing customersSeek to grow business through existing customersCo-ordinate knowledge transfer surveys with the research team and develop effective ways of using such reports for business growthCo-ordinate customer satisfaction surveys and make recommendations to customers and the Company and ways to enhance learningGenerate agreed revenue through existing customers each year  Co-ordinate post consultancy evaluations and come up with effective ways of using the outcome for business growthDevelop media relations and establish ways of increasing brand visibility and awarenessCo-ordinate all public relations activities as a further mechanism for growing visibilityThe Person

The ideal person for this job assignment is one that:
Has at least a degree from a recognized and reputable university preferably in social sciencesHas excellent people skillsAbility to effectively communicate with senior and top managers of organizationsAble to articulate Lan-x Africa Ltd’s vision and programsExcellent writing and presentation skillsA passionate worker able to work with minimal or no supervisionSelf motivated with innovative ways of achieving resultsAble to work with strict deadlinesAbility to travel at short-notice is an added advantageInterested applicants should submit a written application to be received by close of business on Friday, December 5th, 2014 to info@lanxafrica.co.ke
