Duties and Responsibilities
Repair and service of White Goods in the Service Centre and on In-Home assignmentsFollow laid-down ISO repair procedures on each and every repair jobProvide technical assistance to customers and fellow staffDo on-site installation of White GoodsSet up, clean, operate and test units before releasing all repaired itemsPerform client education on the functionality of the items repaired and servicedAssist CIC Team when needed at the Service Center in fault explanation to customersPerform demos for customersFellow laid down MOT ActivitiesEnsure compliance with RTAT activities and follow-through of set instructionsAny other duties assignedRelevant degree/diploma1-2 years working experienceNote: white goods means home appliances i.e. DVDs, TVsKindly send your CV and application letter to jobs@jantakenya.com clearly indicating ‘White goods technician’ on the subject line by 10th October, 2014.
