We are now expanding our Talent Pool for Customer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customer & shopper insights. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channelsUse and leverage account specific category and shopper insightsBuild account/channel specific Customer marketing plans to deliver category/brand objective (CMP) in conjunction with Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) and Customer Business Plan (CBP)Integration of customer marketing plans with brand marketing plan and customer business planningWork with Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of integrated Customer Business Plan and Customer Marketing PlanWork with the brand managers to deliver activation plan efficiency and effectivenessDevelop Brand Building Proposals to be aligned with the Category TeamExecute Brand Building Country Relevant Activations/PromotionsCommunicate the customer’s marketing and business strategy to the brand teamsDevelop strong relationships with Customers at marketing and activation levelCustomer and customers’ Shopper input into Innovation programManage total trade investmentsConsolidate field plans – customer input in S&OPEnsure Brand standards/Brand DNA for channels are adhered to. E.g. consistent use of brand key visuals, customer activation themes aligned with brand activationLead execution of plans & activities including customized offerings (incl. special packs, channel specific packs)Analyze the ROI of the marketing activities executed with the customer and consumerChannel and Customer thought

Key skills & Qualification

Degree in Marketing or any relevant fieldMinimum 5- 6 years relevant Customer Marketing experience of Consumer Goods2 -3 years Brand Building experience is idealCustomer facing and Brand Building experience is idealAccount management experience is an advantageHow to Apply
