The DCOP will assist the Chief of Party (COP) in managing a team of senior staff and sub-partners to ensure quality, timeliness and efficiency of all project deliverables. S/he will provide oversight of the technical quality and technical working groups and is also expected to facilitate linkages with government and other stakeholders to ensure that activities complement ongoing initiatives and adhere to country and global standards.
