An advanced degree in Education with a strong technical knowledge of early years literacy, pedagogy, Multilingual Education (MLE) or mother-tongue education interventions and an understanding of the Early Grade Reading Assessments used in KenyaAt least three (3) years teaching experience, preferably at primary level, and technical experience in education programming in delivering and planning teacher education interventions, programming for girls and vulnerable children, child protection and student well-being and community/parents engagement in the education of their children.
