Business Development Executive
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a position responsible for promoting our HR services, generating leads and supporting new business revenue to Virtual HR Services Ltd.
The incumbent will also be responsible for providing regular feedback to the management about marketplace and competitors’ activities.Business development activities including but not limited to lead generation, proposal development and follow upPro – actively identifying new and different business opportunitiesDeveloping effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further sales and business development opportunitiesDeveloping and implementing strategies to penetrate developing marketsPlanning, designing an carrying out industry research including competitor analysis relevant to the business and our clientsPreparing sales reports and presenting the same to the managementMaintaining a database of all new and existing clients and ensuring that this is updated on a regular basisKey Qualifications and ExperienceA Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any relevant field2 – 3 years proven working experience in sales and marketing (experience in a service – oriented organization will be an added advantage)Excellent in oral and written communication skillsGood presentation and reporting skillsSelf – driven, organized and results – orientedInterested candidates are requested to forward their updated CVs clearly indicating the position to recruit@virtualhr.co.ke by 23rd September 2014 stating their current and expected remuneration, daytime telephone contacts and addresses of three referees.
