Reporting To: Head of Marketing and Customer Service
Overall Objective of this Position: Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Service Manager, the Marketing Executive will be in charge of researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans and implementing departmental plans.A description of the key responsibilities incumbent in this key post is provided below;Profitably manage the brand through ATL, BTL and TTL activitiesLiaise with other departments and external stakeholders on all matters related to Marketing and Communications.Conduct branding research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.Liaison with media and service providers for marketing purposes and ensures the brand image of the business is maintained at all times.Oversee all market research activities and competitor analysis for the Company and projects to identify patterns and market demands and requirements to ensure the Group aligns its activities and the projects to the market.Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market shareUse of digital media platforms such as web and social marketing media & other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.Events planning, co-ordination and tracking sales thereof.Development of marketing activities in order to grow the Company brand equity to achieve long-term sustainable and profitable growth, via Consumer Communication, Promotions & events and innovation.Good project management skills and sound understanding of the principles of marketing
