Profile Introduction: Our client is a leading East African Investment company listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange and cross-listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange and seeks to recruit an Operations Manager for their new venture in distribution of beverages
The overall purpose of the role is: Administration of warehouse, logistics, systems and planning to create the highest level of efficiency and maximize profit for the organisation

3-4 years sales services and operations background in an FMCG environmentBachelors degree or Higher Diploma in sales and marketing qualification an added advantageDiploma in sales and marketing.

Managing stock in the warehouses as per the set standardsManaging truck turnaround time together with managing loading accuracy and timely dispatchEnsure all licensing requirements are up to dateOutlet/customer database managementEnsuring all orders are delivered on time and in fullCost effective leasing and effective fleet utilizationFormulating and updating route plansFormulate RTM strategy- (Distribution & Warehousing Element)
