Standard Chartered Bank Job Vacancy in Kenya : Implementation Manager, Investors & Intermediaries

1. To be responsible for end to end implementation of the client on-boarding process for Corporate & Institutional Clients onto the bank’s electronic banking platform.
2. To be the main point of contact with the client throughout the implementation process while working with various internal stakeholders to manage & meet client’s expectations, requirements and deadlines.
3. To provide support to Relationship Managers & Transaction Banking Sales to help secure and maintain business.  This may involve client meetings and presentations, analyzing present customer process and provide solutions so as to  improve customer experience and to meet client’s needs.
4. To collect feedback on customer requirements/needs as well as participate in marketing campaigns to increase the uptake and utilization of the bank’s electronic channels.1. Client Implementation – To complete customer implementations of electronic channels within the agreed timelines. Meet the key milestones agreed with the customer on time and within budget.  Achieve all the customer’s expected benefits. Communicate implementation progress to Stakeholders
2. Sales Support – To provide sales support to Relationship Managers (RMs) and Transaction Banking Sales (TBS) so as to secure the business of potential customers by working closely to propose and refine customer solutions.   Support RFP process. Identify opportunities to differentiate Standard Chartered
3. Channels Development – To provide update to the Channels team on customer feedback and requests for enhancement. Support new functionality testing.  Identify opportunities to develop Channels functionality to add value to customers
4. Channels Commercialization – To participate in Channels roll out and utilization campaigns.  Contribute and drive conversion campaigns.
5. Client servicing – To respond to issues/requests escalated by Client Service Group. Provide advice to customers post implementation. Develop additional solutions for the customer and identify further opportunities to deepen relationship with client.-    University Degree
-    Experience in project management
-    Previous experience in customer-facing role desirable
-    Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
-    Sound knowledge in banking products, banking practices and regulations
-    IT and system environment knowledge is a plus.
-    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-    A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
