 Prospective Candidate should:

Be a holder of good accounts qualifications, Be a university graduate, Be of outstanding integrity, Have experience in developing and managing budgetsUnderstand and have experience in personnel management issues in a workplace including management of payrolls, statutory remittances, etcHave experience in accounting softwaresHave at least the basics of resource mobilizationBe personable, of amiable character and sensitive to social, group and team dynamicsHave a good grasp of how CSOs operatePreferred candidate (s) should:Be university graduatesBe older beyond their years (grounded and of mature disposition)Be avid reader and solid researcherHave a passion for social issues/programsBe convinced they can change the worldHave definable base ground in a social sector e.g. agribusiness, water, sanitation, governance, social platforms, ICT, research, etcInternship opportunities are essentially non-paid and offered in tranches of 3 months. Opportunity is only available for ambitious candidates seeking to get practical skills for work opportunities externally or internally, while contributing useful ideas and innovations during their stay. Your interests and base skills should be very clear in the application.
