Kwale International Sugar Company: Located in the South Coast of Kenya between Kwale and Ramisi, Kwale International Sugar Company Limited (KISCOL) is in the process of establishing a green field sugar cane estate of 5000 acres as well as a processing complex with a capacity of 3000TCD.In line with its vision to be a world class corporate the Company would like to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions: Product Business Development OpportunitiesSales and Marketing Manager – Spirits (Alcohol)

Reporting to: General Manager / Director- Sales & Marketing Role: Plan, direct and monitor the activities for sales & marketing within the assigned territory to achieve established targets. Profile: Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 5 years of Sales Experience in Sales and Distribution in an alcohol industry/FMCG/Consumer Durables etc.(Liquor sales experience would be preferable)

Manage the day-to-day activities in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy for an assigned region.Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the region.Handle sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.Work with local & national distributors to negotiate and set prices of product & services.Attend on-premise promotional events on behalf of the company.To create and maintain an organized list of key territory accounts, including on and off premise accounts.To create new accounts/distributors on regular basis.Sales and Marketing Manager – Sugar Function: Sale & MarketingReporting to: General Manager/Director- Sales & Marketing Role: Plan, direct and monitor the activities for sales & marketing within the assigned territory to achieve established targets.
